The Residence
The Residence is a twin mirrored two storeys building with great space to view the blue Indian ocean. Both suites are located upstairs equipped with every single luxurious facility. This great residence stands as center, so it dominates the property.
Upon entering its door, you will pass a twin staircase to the first floor. Turning left, a bar and a dining table is placed with great view to the ocean. Turning right, you will go to the library studio and access the lane to reach the villa located right behind this residence.
The Residence brings a touch of sophistication to rural Bali with a choice of two elegant suites, Nakula Suite and Sahadewa Suite, each with a distinctive decor and aesthetic pieces of artistry. Each bedroom has a four foster king sized bed with mosquito net, mini bar, private ensuite, great cupboard. The Nakula suite even has each private TV Room. Sofa and satellite TV are strategically placed to keep providing the best view of the Indian ocean.
The Villa
Located on the right side of the residence, a stylish self containes villa featuring its town swimming pool and two elegant master bedrooms, Rama Suite & Shinta Suite, designed to ensure optimal comfort and privacy accommodating the needs of up to four adult guest.
Both suites are located on the right and left side of the villa, frame the living area. Each suite has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, and 'his & her' hand basin. Its private and fully equipped kitchenette is set behind the living area with direct access to the garden in front of the property. Many qualified paintings are hung to give a strong artistry feeling.
Villa Sahita Ground
This magnificent property stands on a 1,5 ha land with wide space to view the blue Indian ocean. Its large green lawn under forest of coconuts gives a strong feeling of tropical life style. A large olympic sized swimming pool is located at The Residence with great access to view the ocean. Connected with this pool, a two levelled shallow pool is great place for children to play.
